美国华人渔猎协会第九届射击比赛（2023）规则

美国华人渔猎协会是美国注册的非赢利组织，以推广华人渔猎活动，普及合法渔猎教育为目的的华人公益组织。协会定于2023年8月12日星期六11:00AM — 3:00PM第九届射击比赛，希望射击爱好者参加。

参加资格：参加者必须年满18岁，18岁以下谢绝比赛。

费用：协会普通会员需缴纳$20报名费，非协会会员需缴纳$40报名费。报名费缴后不退，请谅解。枪支弹药自备，口径自选。

注册后，意味着：我，此次2021年渔猎协会射击比赛活动参与者，无论会员或其他参与者，要求无条件放弃任何与这次活动有关的针对组织者的任何法律诉讼的权利。我充分了解明白这次活动的风险包括并不限于实弹射击带来的财产人身损伤甚至死亡，还包括在靶场有可能感染covid-19，参与者本人自己承担任何损失风险，所有责任由参与者自负。以上为2023年渔猎协会免责声明的中文解释，不是翻译，如有需要，请参与者自己请有资质的译员翻译成中文。正式免责声明以下列英文为准。

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTON OF RISK PARTICIPATING IN “THE 2020 CHINESE AMERICAN HUNTING & FISHING ASSOCIATION SHOOTING COMPETITION”

YOU ARE ASKED TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE ISSUES AS A MEMBER OR FRIEND OF CHINESE AMERICAN HUNTING & FISHING ASSOCIATION(“the Association”), FOR THE YEAR 2021 SHOOTING COMPETITION(“the Competition”), I HEREBY:

1. Fully understand and appreciate the dangers, hazards, and risks inherent in a firing range, including the inherent risks associated with the use and misuse of firearms. _ (Initials)
2. Acknowledge and understand that I will be voluntarily engaging in activities that involve the discharging of firearms which may result in the risk of serious injury, scarring, loss of an important bodily function, permanent disability, or death, and may cause severe social or economic losses due to not only my own actions, inaction or negligence, but also to the action, inaction or negligence of others or conditions of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, I acknowledge that there may be other risks not known to me or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. _ (Initials)
3. Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability, or death. _ (Initials)
4. Release from, waive and discharge all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or hereafter have for damage or losses on account of injury, including permanent disability and death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other acts of the Association, and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents, as a result of my participation in any gun-related activities. I hereby agree and covenant to save and hold harmless, indemnify, and defend any claim against the Association, and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents, as a result of my participation in any gun-related activities. I hereby agree and covenant to save and hold harmless, indemnify, and defend any claim against the Association and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents, arising out of my use of the firing range. _ (Initials)
5. Agree to comply with all Federal and Pennsylvania State laws regarding the use and possession of firearms. _ (Initials)
6. Furthermore, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Competition and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the shooting range may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, the Association members and friends and their families. _ (Initials)
7. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the Competition. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Association its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the ASSOCIATION, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the Competition. _ (Initials)

2023年比赛规则：

安全：安全永远是首位。所有参加比赛的必须听现场安全员的指挥。比赛期间，所有枪支不容许离开Bench，当安全员说“clear”，所有枪支的枪栓（Action）必须打开，弹夹（magazine）和枪膛（chamber）不能有子弹。所有人员必须离开bench。协会提供比赛用统一靶纸，订靶工具请自备。必须遵守靶场的所有规则，

如果比赛规则与靶场规则有冲突，以靶场为准。

1 使用枪械：

1.1 口径子弹自选

1.2 合法在公共射击场使用的武器弹药

1.3 瞄准器可以是铁瞄，光学瞄准镜。但不能使用激光射点

2 比赛项目：步枪, 手枪。

2.1 100码：步枪， 1组10发子弹在10分钟内完成射击，任选射击姿势。除身体外不允许任何支架（枪不允许接触任何身体以外物体）。

2.2 200码：步枪， 1组10发子弹在5分钟内完成射击，任选射击姿势。

2.3 300码：步枪， 1组10发子弹在5分钟内完成射击，任选射击姿势。

2.5 25码：手枪，1X5 站姿,除了脚之外，身体任何部位不能接触其他物体。5发必须在1分钟内完成。

3 细则

3.1 靶纸是普通带靶环的靶纸，从最里面开始依次记10，9，8，7…环。纸一旦在靶位上，不可以试射。如果射出超出比赛规定的子弹，每超出一发扣10环

3.2 子弹落在哪个环圈内，记为几环，如果弹孔落在最外靶环线以外，记零环

3.3 子弹如果落在环线上以高环数记分。比如弹孔碰到10环线按10分记。

3.4 中心X必须是完全落在中心X环内，弹孔不接触环线。

3.5 靶纸上多于规定弹孔数量的，按环数最低的规定弹数量孔算，最低环数为零，靶纸环外弹孔。

3.6 比赛结果以累计环数最高者胜。

3.7 环数相同以所得X总数多者胜。

3.8 环数和X总数相同，以有效弹孔数量多者胜。

3.9 如果3.6至3.8都相同，以相距最远的两个弹着点间距短者胜。
